Shipping & Returns


Once tracking numbers are issued, we relinquish control over the package's whereabouts and delivery timeframe. We do not offer refunds for packages that claim to be lost or stolen, given that the tracking information has been provided, thus the customer accepts responsibility for their package. Any inquiries regarding delivery dates, delays, or lost packages must be directed to the postal service. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering the reshipping costs.



We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled once placed. Unused gift cards will not be refunded and are non-redeemable for cash. Please note that each item from Mad Made Denim is meticulously handcrafted as a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Due to the time-intensive nature of this process, returns are not feasible.
